Our reorder system is designed to make your shopping experience quick and convenient. If you’re looking to replace your favourite pants, shirts, or even a complete suit, we’ve got you covered. Simply follow the prompts provided by our system.
Each garment has a unique order number which relates back to your unique measurements, garment design and fabrication. Simply enter the order and select the quantity you want to reorder. Once you’ve made your selection, proceed to place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Our team will work diligently to have your items remade and ready for you in no time. We understand how busy life can get, and we want to ensure that your shopping needs are met efficiently and effortlessly.

Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Made-to-Measure Collection offered by Retail Trading Corp T/as BRENTWILSON (“Company”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
Order & Client Information:
By ordering and making payment, you confirm and agree that all information regarding design details, fabrics, fittings, and personal contact details provided by you are true and correct.
If any information provided by the client has been given incorrectly, Brent Wilson takes no liability for the consequences arising from such errors.
Alterations and Additional Charges:
Garments may require a minimal amount of alterations upon receiving and trying on your garments for the first time. These alterations would be minimal and cost-effective, and will need to be done at the client's own discretion.
Fitting and Delivery Schedule:
Once the finished suits are ready for delivery within our agreed 4-6 week delivery window, we will schedule shipment directly to the client’s provided delivery address ready for your second fitting and garment try-on.
Shipments are directly scheduled to the client's specified delivery address, requiring a signature upon receipt.
Refunds:
Our garments are meticulously crafted to order and dispatched directly from our artisan factory to the client.
Refunds are unavailable due to the customised nature of our garments.
Concerns and Customer Support:
Should concerns arise regarding garment quality or construction, please contact our Customer Support Team enquiries@brentwilson.com.au within 7 days of order delivery for timely assistance.
Supplemental Terms and Conditions:
These additional terms and conditions supplement the existing terms and conditions mentioned earlier. By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined.
