Garments may require a minimal amount of alterations upon receiving and trying on your garments for the first time. These alterations would be minimal and cost-effective, and will need to be done at the client's own discretion.

Fitting and Delivery Schedule:

Following order placement, delivery will transpire within 14 business days.

Shipments are directly scheduled to the client's specified delivery address, requiring a signature upon receipt.

Refunds:

Our garments are meticulously crafted to order and dispatched directly from our artisan factory to the client.

Refunds are unavailable due to the customised nature of our garments.

The company facilitates exchanges for incorrect sizing within 7 days of delivery receipt. Exchanges must involve the same color and style as the original purchase.
