TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Suit of the Month promotion ("Promotion") offered by Retail Trading Corp T/as BRENWILSON ("Company"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Limited Availability
a. This Promotion is subject to limited availability.
b. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice once the allocated promotional slots are filled.
2. Alterations and Additional Charges
a. Upon receiving and trying on your garments for the first time, minor alterations may be required.
b. For customers selecting "use measurements on file," any required alterations will be at the customer's expense. These are expected to be minor and cost-effective.
c. For customers selecting "in-store fitting," all standard alterations will be covered by Retail Trading Corp Pty Ltd.
3. Reservation Policy
a. Promotional spots are not available for reservation in advance.
b. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of the online purchase.
4. Online Purchase Requirement
a. This offer is valid exclusively for online purchases and is not redeemable through any other channel.
5. Exclusivity and Non-Combination
a. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
b. The Promotion must be treated as a standalone offer.
6. Order Accuracy and Client Responsibility
a. By placing an order and making payment, you confirm that all information provided — including design selections, fabric preferences, sizing, and personal contact details — is accurate and complete.
b. The Company accepts no liability for errors or omissions in the information provided by the client at the time of purchase.
7. Fitting and Delivery Timeline
a. The Company will deliver completed suits within the agreed 4–6 week delivery window to the address provided by the client.
b. Upon receipt, clients will conduct a second fitting to ensure garment suitability.
8. No Refunds
a. All purchases under the Suit of the Month Promotion are final.
b. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the order is confirmed and payment has been made.
9. Supplemental Terms
a. These Terms are supplemental to the general terms and conditions of the Company and must be read in conjunction with them.
b. In the event of a conflict, these Promotional Terms will take precedence for all matters specifically relating to the Suit of the Month offer.
